These moving parts – or parts that give the load mobility – are subject to the same stresses as the muffle, plus wear from friction and thermal shock. Their lifetime is often shorter than the one of the muffle. Here too, repair is often considered. We also supply the rollers (ceramic or metal) for the rails, as well as certain ceramic ball sizes.
Conveyor Belt
As a highly stressed wearing part that is always in motion, its lifetime is highly dependent on its use (load, speed, temperature, atmosphere and settings), but also on the condition of the muffle and the sole on which it slides. Several types of weave are possible.
We are able to meet specific specifications (highly aerated SVR-type belts in brazing furnaces, or CH3/CH4-type chevron belts for transporting small parts, chain belts).
